The WORST

Pros

Nothing. Every Pro ends up being a Con, like "unlimited PTO" It should say "unlimited PTO depending on who you are"

Cons

The Executive team gossips and speaks negatively about everyone that works there, including speaking derogatorily about people that have left. Favoritism and narcissism everywhere in the company, as well as an unhealthy egotistical culture.

Pros

Great people; great location; unique perks such as in-house chef

Cons

iDevices loves to present itself as a darling tech startup like those found in Silicon Valley. It's now part of a multi-billion dollar conglomerate, and the culture and working experience are shifting towards "big corporate." Senior leadership has almost no prior experience in electronics, tech, or software. They don't understand the technology and won't listen to the advice of the engineers that do understand it. There are a lot of issues with product performance and customer dissatisfaction. Leadership often chooses to ignore existing product issues in favor of adding new features or creating new products. Leadership in many teams is authoritarian and rigid, with no flexibility or ability to innovate. There is extreme pressure to constantly increase output and pace of work. Many employees are becoming discouraged.
