Pros
Flexible work schedule, 100% remote with choice to go into office. Really great people and can confidently say I've learned a lot in my role with the company
Cons
Not really feeling like there's much movement in my department, inconsistent titles & raises. Lots of change without a heads up, which can be fun but mostly chaotic and confusing
