      One of the few choices left for working in radio.

      Cons

      - Terrible Pay - Internal promotions are very rare - No raises, unless you receive one of those rare promotions - Benefits are terrible. Can't acrue more PTO. - Zero recognition for hard work. Haven't heard from my boss in over a year. Never had any kind of performance review.
