      Pros

      At least they'll give you double-time if you have to work an approved holiday. You also get to keep your hands in the media business.

      Cons

      iHeart hasn't had salary increase since before the pandemic - at least in the news division. No match for 401K. Health Insurance costly. Overtime isn't permitted unless absolutely necessary. Had to take a 14-cent per hour pay cut when I went from part-time to full-time.

      Large company spread across the United States.

      Little to now advancement, pay is poor, no bonus structure, do not value employees, zero holiday pay.
