Pros

Cool industry with concerts, radio, events, etc

Cons

Horrible office culture and new management. Lack of support for new hires. New hires are there to farm 1-2 big accounts, after the base salary is taken away (6months) you are left having to leave and those accounts are given to veteran sellers. Then they rinse and repeat with new hires...

Pros

Lots of great benefits and incentives

Cons

Lack of hands on training. I was fresh out of college and just put in front of a computer. Besides that, I just hated the job. I hated the idea of calling business owners, literally minding their business, and bothering them by trying to sell them something. I was hung up on and blocked dozens and dozens of times, and rightfully so.
