Pros

Good perks with concerts and sporting events.

Cons

Pay structure is terrible. In the interview you are told you will allowed to manage and grow some accounts already billing...but it's just not true. You will hunt for everything you bring in, Initially, you are provided a decent salary up front but it's temporary while you earn commissions (this was not explained well in the interview). Early on after selling a substantially large 6 figure deal, they did not honor or pay out the commission because I was informed I was not yet exceeding my temporary salary. Until that happens they would be keeping commissions. Talk about ruining any incentive or motivation to keep selling- this was by far and ultimately the most disappointing aspect of the role.
