Pros

Working with a small team affords you a lot of agency and ownership. I loved working with the app developers at iHeart! The pace of the work was very manageable compared to other jobs I've had.

Cons

Working in a small team also means resources are more constrained so you need to be really good at negotiating to make progress or be able to help yourself.

Pros

iHeartMedia is staffed with fun-loving, kind people who have a long time passion in creating great radio content.

Cons

Radio doesn't drive results like it used to. While iHeart is quick to mention podcast "audio" growth, they don't take into account how splintered their audience is now. They have also cut station staffing down to bare bones which makes it brutal for everyone else still employed to get anything done.
