      Some good people to work with

      Cons

      Expectations vs reality of responsibilities and time constraints. Not given free will to prioritize duties accordingly. No understanding from management that things come up daily that require attention making prioritizing tasks necessary. Markets in dept. are not trained the same so no cohesive process between everyone.

      A Great Place to Start Your Career in Production/Content Creation

      Lots of opportunity to touch cutting-edge production technology and work with established, well-connected professionals in the radio/media industry. Great chance to build a portfolio of raw, hands-on production experience for one of the largest media companies in the world. Decent benefits - 401k, HSA, PTO, Health/Dental/Life.

      Cons

      Low pay, schedule inflexibility, minimal room for title change/upward growth within the company. Depending on your schedule, you don't interact with your managers much unless you are being scrutinized for work-related mistakes.

      Great company doing some big things in the media space! Consistently partnering with winners. They are always adding new solutions that are valuable to current and new clients.

      Cons

      Internal communications could be improved upon. Training program could be a bit better.
