Pros

I love the environment and employees but the pay is awful

Cons

Terrible salary. Does not compensate fairly. No growth mindset. No ethics. Produce till you die. Overworked

Pros

Looks good on a resume

Cons

There is no room for growth, and the pay is barely above minimum wage. Raises aren’t given, even when minimum wage was increased - wages stayed the same. Management cares very little about employees, and that shows through in the mismanagement of employees. Office culture is borderline toxic.

Pros

You can make extra money only if they give you that opportunity. Concert tickets, meeting celebs

Cons

They hire you for one position but continue to add tasks to you that are not in your job description and sell you the 'idea' that that is what team members do. I did three jobs including being on air talent but was rarely given endorsements and remotes. Yet I would see new employees come in and automatically they would be getting remotes and endorsements. PD would refer you to promotions, promotions would direct you to sales and sales would direct you back to PD.
