Pros

Fun environment. Casual dress. Friendly co-workers. I was employed when it was Clear Channel (couldn't select a date that far back).

Cons

No complaints. Just didn't like having to deal with I4 traffic.

Pros

Flexibility. They provide monthly stipend for cell phone and internet. All communication through slack.

Cons

They don't offer yearly raises. Requires a title change to receive a raise. Benefits package is meh. Don't offer 401k match/ will change the benefits based on "economic conditions" even though we keep exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.

No help at all, 8 week training and expected to be a pro within less than a month
