Pros
Fun job getting to work behind the scenes for multiple different radio shows. Fun people and environment.
Cons
the only downside would be lack of career trajectory and low pay. I always had the opportunity to work more hours if i wanted which was great but it seemed as if you would not be able to move up from the bottom.
