Pros

People on local staff are nice.

Cons

No raises in 5+ years, hiring freeze leaving staff short-handed, no overtime, low pay rate, top heavy management, "boys club", Upper Management decided to spend millions renovating offices and moving headquarters for the CEO to New York, while staff sees a decrease in benefits, hiring freezes, no overtime, and no pay raises. This company does not care about it's employees financial or emotional health. High stress job with low pay.

Pros

Ability to create your own campaigns and see them come to life. The team of AE's become a family - with lots of concerts/events.

Cons

The company is struggling - possibly will go bankrupt soon. Management is struggling and using a "fear based" approach creating a very low morale.
