Flexible hours, get to work some cool events and concerts, get to work with cool people, can probably move up or into different departments if you really want to try

Cons

Extremely low pay for hard work, few hours in the winter, management finds part-timers to be easily replaceable

Pros

There are no Pros to working here.

Cons

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The hardest workers received the lowest compensation. The ego's of management are bigger then the on air talent. Miserable place to work.
