Pros

The job is not hard for a seasoned professional, the hours are good. The people are great to work with.

Cons

In the ever-changing broadcast industry, it is clear that listeners/viewers have far more options than they once did and the bottom line suffers greatly as a result.

Pros

iHeart is a well known name. Like pop music and its events, it's fun and upbeat but caters to the lowest common denominator.

Cons

Working here is like junk food for the brain. It tastes okay but after a while your brain is malnourished and your spirit is unhealthy. broadcast radio problems in the digital era = career suicide working here if you are a technologist. Tons of cons and lots of validity to things mentioned in previous reviews, so will not repeat them. but when it comes right down to it, this comapny has a lack of any deep, meaningful purpose.

Pros

Dealing with clients was always a pleasure. Radio is a good way for clients to reach their target audience without a huge investment in production.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. No compensation for mileage and management's "if you don't like it there's the door" attitude is not motivating.
