Pros

Feel very encouraged, driven, and appreciated on a regular basis. iHeart has lots of tools, but in sales you’ve got to bring the drive.

Cons

No particular cons. Sales positions aren’t salaried, but that’s standard.

Pros

Great freedom in the job. As long as your work is done, you don’t have anyone standing over you or clock watching. Management team is understanding of life situations that come up and work with you if you need time off.

Cons

No raises in 15 years. Was switched to a different department without knowledge and in a position where I feel my talents are wasted.
