Pros

You get to meet artists when they (rarely) come into the station. You get to see the backstage area that fans don't get to see. Experiences on some occasions help make up for a lack of a decent wage.

Cons

Although you can see backstage you're probably running around working since there's hardly enough staff to run the event. You work either light hour weeks or jam packed weeks for only $10.00 an hour.

Pros

Getting left over concert tickets. At times the pay was good.

Cons

Long hours, micromanaged, no life work balance. Managers will throw you under the bus to save themselves. Most people that work there would complaint about not being happy. Lots of turn over.
