As a local finance lead, you will be expected to oversee all corporate initiatives, in ALL departments (Engineering, Promotions, Programming, etc). You are also expected to act as the local HR representative. This is in addition to all finance deliverables. Finance is expected to embody financial stewardship at all times, therefore there are no raises, and meager bonus payouts (typically ~50%).
