Cons

Very low pay and odd hours. I didn’t really feel like a valued team member.

Pros

Good people. Good products. Some fun social perks, but that's about all.

Cons

100% commission. Percentage payouts constantly change. Unrealistic goals. No expense reimbursement. Too many shifting priorities. They offer "cash" incentives as part of sales contests but pay out winners with useless and random gift cards -- total bait and switch. Big-time Micro Management. They don't trust their team. Treat salespeople like children. Cheesy sales themes. WORST sales position ever. If they offer you a job, run away as fast as you can.
