Pros

It was radio, so it used to be fun. Communication and sharing of ideas was actually good. Invested in technology.

Cons

Ignored small markets. Too much focus on websites. Fired so many people that they expect you to do the same as you did when there were twice as many people.

Pros

Good people to work with. Dedicated and loyal. Always a fun light atmosphere.

Cons

Too much oversight. Strangling upper management. Overpaid order takers. it's like working for Nazis. They are constantly jamming directives from some clueless exec. down your throat. Things that have very little to do with your format. Driving audience away in the name of the almighty dollar. Very small picture view. Taking money from management companies and record companies then forcing all stations to play that artist several times a day. They don't seem to care if it fits the format you present. They don't give you a choice.
