Pros

Media is fun, clients are good, billboards are awesome, You get paid to talk to people. This used to be a great place to work.

Cons

No raises, flat commissions, key sales people leave when they get income slashed, key managers quit under burden of too much paperwork coming in from know-it-all bad mgmt. Expect more departures from beat up mgrs.

Once a great company

Pros

good work life balance, decent benefits package and compensation

Cons

Senior Management lacks direction and changes frequently. The company rewards poor performance, low morale is pandemic as a result. The company has become stagnant due to the many levels of corporate bureaucracy that have been created. Layoffs at the branch level are routine while the corporate ranks increase. There is little possibility of upward mobility particularly if you are a woman.

Disappointing!

Pros

Great tools and resources. Technically advanced

Cons

Horrible upper management. Fear based environment and all levels of management are primarily concerned about protecting themselves because they are afraid. Most people working there are covering two or more positions with little or no additional pay. They continually lay people off telling them they are eliminating their position, wait a month or two rename the position and then hire someone else for less. They lack of concern for their employees creates an environment where their is no loyalty because of this employees are always looking for others jobs so there is no loyalty. It seems the philosophy of management is that you are all cogs in the wheel and easily replaced...they treat customers the same.
