Pros

Good environment and there are health benefits, while not the best they are sufficient. Good relationships within the company and attempts to have employee engagement.

Cons

The company is extremely large and disorganized. Whether or not it's a "company policy," there is a major lack of raises and growth opportunities, which make it difficult for employees to stay motivated, especially when they aren't in commission-based positions.

Pros

Radio used to be so much fun and was very rewarding but not any more. There are really no jobs left and those that are really don't pay like they used to.

Cons

Staffing is at an all time low, morale is completely gone, everyone knows that it is all over. Really very sad now.

Pros

Good place to get your foot in the door in radio.

Cons

Very cliquish, lots of jobs for one salary, culture rewards those that stir trouble and tends to fire hard workers. Sexual harassment often swept under the rug.
