Pros

Not that much to go on here, other than the coffee is okay.

Cons

Extreme favoritism by managers. Leads are highly guarded. Everytime you think you have something to pursue it’s being worked on by someone else or will be given to someone else. Everyone there has a very pretentious attitude. New hires get no help on training at all. Good luck.

Pros

Market Manager very supportive and other office personnel too.

Cons

Only Account Managers with 20+ years with Clear Channel and now iHeart Media could live on their income. High turnover for 90% of Account Managers was directly linked to being unable to make a living pushing advertising products onto Laundromats, Phone repair shops, Shoe Repair and Dental Offices; after their salary guarantee ran out. Obviously, the few Senior Account Managers with all the major Car Dealers, Furniture stores, Jewelers and Hotels had to cut their teeth the same way, all those years ago but the inequitable distribution of accounts was a major factor in having to constantly recruit and train new Account Managers every few months.
