-Lack of oppurtunity for growth
-Base salary is $14K and there has not been one raise in three years even when it was promised
-commission rates continue to drop
-bonus pay outs have dropped
-when you sell a large contract they do not give you the full commission rate because they state it is not the "norm" you recieve less then what the commission structures state
-turnover is through the roof averaging 100+ a year in turnover
-lack of tools to do job
-ineffective training
-no formal training for managment leads to inneffective management and poor moral
-moral has dropped due to lack of oppurtunity for growth, base salary so low, drop in commission pay outs, poor communication with sales team
-unequal treatment of sales team- you are told your oppurtunity to recieve "better markets" or "project-new airports" is based on your sales of current markets yet the same individuals continue to receive the new markets
-overall i would not recommend this place for anyone unless you want a quick resume builder and can afford to live off the base plus minimal commission your first couple quarters
