Hi! Thank you for your feedback and for your hard work as an engineer here at iHeart. I’m glad to hear that you find our hybrid work arrangements to be meeting your needs and appreciate your viewpoint regarding our temporary 401k matching status. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we wish you a great start to 2024. Kind regards, Michele Laven, CHRO @ iHeart

Pros

Big sales organization with a lot of products to sell. Good people made it a nice place to work.

Cons

Income management, meaning they don't want you to make to much money because they think it will kill your motivation to hustle. I left when I was forced to share commissions on a large client with another salesperson who did nothing and added nothing to the partnership.
