      Sell you on an 'idea' but gives you different results

      Pros

      You can make extra money only if they give you that opportunity. Concert tickets, meeting celebs

      Cons

      They hire you for one position but continue to add tasks to you that are not in your job description and sell you the 'idea' that that is what team members do. I did three jobs including being on air talent but was rarely given endorsements and remotes. Yet I would see new employees come in and automatically they would be getting remotes and endorsements. PD would refer you to promotions, promotions would direct you to sales and sales would direct you back to PD.

      This company has zero core values. There is no vision, poor execution, awful communication, and all the different divisions are working separately causing all sorts of issues internally and externally with clients. If I were looking to advertise I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. After seeing where and how they spend their money from the inside it's pretty obvious why they went into Chapter 11. It's a joke... it really seems like a complete joke. There is absolutely NO VALUE or LOYALTY to the good workers they get- and people keep getting snubbed and cut at the bottom of the pyramid while the big wigs get bonuses that are bigger than 10 years salaries for most.
