You Can Do Better Than Working Here.

Pros

Had the opportunity to explore a field I was passionate about.

Cons

Did the work of ~5 people for poverty-level salary. Some coworkers felt entitled to belittling those "below" them for their work, while they themselves put in the bare minimum. Harassment complaints about aforementioned coworkers fell on deaf ears- management didn't want to do anything about it. There were expectations to complete work well beyond office hours, and to be on call at all times because of shorthanded staffing. There's a reason why certain positions still haven't been filled nearly a year after I left!
