Pros

Some perks include event tickets and gift cards for restaurants, etc... Local team is great to work with. Nothing more to say here.

Cons

Very short staffed. Limited support. Basically your on your own. Earnings are 100% commission based but the administrative responsibilities are overwhelming, taking away from selling time. Sales commission percentage reduced and incentives to make it up are ridiculous. Overall it’s very difficult to make money. Your biggest competitor is the company you work for. Perhaps things will get better when the debt restructuring is finished but that remains to be seen. Now is not a good time to be working for iHM.

Pros

Fun job, so much opportunity to make good money. This is a great company to build your career with and retire with

Cons

Too much computer reporting takes away from time in the field. You just need to find a way to do it during non peak selling hours

Pros

The facility was modern and up to date, and people were great to work for and with.

Cons

It's great to be protected by union, but the pay is unrealistically low to live on...especially for the first year.
