Pros

Cool industry with concerts, radio, events, etc

Cons

Horrible office culture and new management. Lack of support for new hires. New hires are there to farm 1-2 big accounts, after the base salary is taken away (6months) you are left having to leave and those accounts are given to veteran sellers. Then they rinse and repeat with new hires...

Pros

Hybrid - 2 days in office Free Meals Tue -Thu Free Parking Downtown Off early on Fridays 401K + Health Benefits (high cost) Flexible schedule for doc appts, and such

Cons

The future of this company is in shambles, financial statements tell you all you need to know! No career growth No bonus No annual raises, you will not receive a raise in this position, EVER OT opportunities are taken away or limited Poor management Toxic work environment Upper management will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better You are treated like a number & they make it known There's no career growth bc they want this position to be high turnover so they do not have to give out raises no matter how long you've worked there or how successful you are in your position, I worked here for over 2 years.. Good luck taking a vacation, you'll be expected to schedule content weeks before your trip in order for your accounts to be covered.. essentially work OT without pay so that content is constantly posted.
