Pros

Working for the number 1 Company in its field. Pleasant team of people who makes the chaos (of radio) manageable.

Cons

There's no pay rate changes, nor bonuses like other Managers. What you get paid when you start, is what you'll be paid when you leave. New hires are offered more pay than those already there for years!

Pros

Very few, other than the fact that you've got an "in" for sports media

Cons

misogynistic, no constructive feedbacks, horrendously low pay (the same position in the news department gets $15k more than you salary), would never recommend working here
