Pros

Pay, uncapped commissions, travel opportunities, free events.

Cons

Training, management is often to busy to assist when needed, unclear direction, not given enough time to build book of business before hard expectations are given.

Pros

Flexible work environment, friendly helpful co-workers, challenging work. The work is rewarding, especially when helping communities after disasters,.

Cons

No upwards mobility, no pay raises, layoffs yearly in December. Sales people are not valued unless in the top 1%. Radio business as a whole is declining, stock prices of iHeartMedia are typically below $5, and the company still has high debt.

Pros

Good team in general, we’re like a bunch of kids whose parents mistreat them. We have all been abused together and there’s a sense of camaraderie in that.

Cons

WELL over a decade with no raises, bonuses, cost of living increases. They don’t care about the hardship they cause for us. We work hard to make sure money is made and kept on the books and in return we are abused by the sales staff and upper management. Every year there is no COL increases we are taking a pay cut. Ask for a raise and you’re dismissed. It’s nice to read about how much money the CEO/CFO make, the bonuses, etc. it’d be amazing if they took a little of that to allow for raises for the entire remainder of the staff.
