Business Outlook
Pros
The company has been through bankruptcy and has been streamlined and seems to be in a pretty good place. My department became a hub and we are doing the work of many others who were laid off without much compensation. Very little local programming in my market. Full time employees get decent benefits, dental, vision, and 401k options.
Cons
Pay is not great for hourly employees, emphasis is on sales.
