Pros

I liked pretty much everyone there

Cons

sales manager in the region is an emotional roller coaster who sometomes creates a hostile work environment. Also began directly corresponding with my biggest prospect. Very unprofessional.

Pros

Office climate upbeat and enjoyable, top notch digital products, lots of options to build creative campaigns that meet client’s KPI’s

Cons

Commission only structure with terrible benefits, no gas allowance or cell phone reimbursement, commissions continuously cut for one reason or another making it almost impossible to sustain life in this economy, no regard for work/life balance, unrealistic goals, and way to many “boxes” to constantly check that takes valuable time from selling and excessive micro managing.

Pros

Perks: tickets to concerts and sporting events

Cons

- Work is 24/7, no work-life balance - Toxic, unhealthy, and HIGHLY inappropriate work environment - Compensation is 100% commission while most positions of this magnitude are a significant BASE plus commission or bonus - Commission percentage continues to decrease while workload increases - Workload is beyond what one person can efficiently handle - The management teams have a history of unethical practices - Several lawsuits have been filed by various employees for various reasons - Management will overpromise on compensation and accounts and not deliver once you get hired.
