Pros

Frequent concerts to enjoy both produced by iHeart and unrelated to the company. Gorgeous office and studios. Recognized brand by the public. Bonuses and prizes for hitting benchmarks.

Cons

Starting salaries are already low. And further reduced by more than 30% after a certain amount of time for AEs. Do reputable companies do that? The 401K ,match program were disbanded. Is that a hallmark of a financially robust organization? Furthermore the frequent unnecessary meetings by management addressing AEs to make announcements create a fire-drill environment that is both exhausting and counterproductive when you're doing your account management/outreach/sales stuff. Only consider working here to learn the innerworkings of the music industry (concerts, radio, live events) to potentially leverage as a music professional or entrepreneur. Here's the major blow- you're expected to do the pre-sale, post-sale (account management), and even collect payments from your clients, The pay does NOT reflect that level of work.
