Pros

Perks: tickets to concerts and sporting events

Cons

- Work is 24/7, no work-life balance - Toxic, unhealthy, and HIGHLY inappropriate work environment - Compensation is 100% commission while most positions of this magnitude are a significant BASE plus commission or bonus - Commission percentage continues to decrease while workload increases - Workload is beyond what one person can efficiently handle - The management teams have a history of unethical practices - Several lawsuits have been filed by various employees for various reasons - Management will overpromise on compensation and accounts and not deliver once you get hired.
