Pros

Some of the people are great despite the horrible culture. Fun events, chance to meet celebrities (if you care), free food time to time.

Cons

Toxic environments, deceitful upper management, disrespected employees, unfair practices, favoritism, bad company culture, no room for growth, cutbacks, no raises.

Pros

On occasion I get to be creative and forward thinking and maybe on a rare occasion they will listen to one of your ideas. The salary is ok for my position but they only give performance based raises now, forget a cost of living raise. 401k is ok. Healthcare is ok but was better.

Cons

Local management is very much in line with a Dictatorship, They don't take responsibility and look to blame others. They don't want to look bad in front of their upper managers and fail to ask questions to clarify things. Really clueless when it comes to what many of us do. One manager rarely responds to emails and claims to have never seen them, this has been going on for years. They take every free perk for themselves and their family. It's really about control and intimidation, previous local management was much better. I am in for fear of losing my job, it is that bad. And many of us have discussed not waiting to paint a target on our back. We have also discussed how mean spirited and untrustworthy local management is. I know for a fact it is not that way in every city but sadly for ours it is.
