Pros

- Recognizable company name on a resume - Good health benefits - Consistent hours/schedule - Nice WFH equipment provided

Cons

- The pay is below market value and you will constantly be praised for your work without actually receiving the additional compensation. Also, recently found out that a female coworker with more work experience and time in the company than a male coworker was not provided a raise when moving up to a higher team despite the male coworker receiving one for the same team move. Management frequently picks and chooses who gets what perks without any rhyme or reason. - No additional concert perks, not even to iHeart events - Rarely any ability to move into other departments other than if you want to solely work for commission as an Account Executive - Recently laid off a lot of people and caused insecurity among employees.

Pros

Hard to think of any to be honest

Cons

This company does not give yearly review or raises. If you want to be considered for a raise you must do more than what your job entitles basically do someone’s job on top of yours. If you do get a raise that cap is at 5%. Benefits are awful and expensive if you have a family and then don’t care about your mental health.
