Pros

Constantly learning about emergence of new media. Excellent training in sales and management skills. Perks often include concerts, charitable and sporting events. Staff is very helpful to new employees.

Cons

Ability to create a work life balance is often compromised. A lot of programs to sell, projects to fulfill and events to staff. Corporate dictates are often pushed down and little local autonomy prevails.

Pros

Perks available...gift cards, event tickets etc.

Cons

100% Commission. Limited Flexibility. Unprofessional work environment. Departments are very disconnected which creates hostile work environment. Entirely way to much turnover! No CRM tools available to help manage client lists/prospects. No training programs. Antiquated Systems. Need to streamline processes to help reduce errors.
