Worst Company of All Time

Pros

I only have one pro working at this job and it's the connection that I have with listeners

Cons

Where do start? I've worked at this company for over two decades and the only time I ever get raises is when minimum wage goes up. It's the worst job in the world and the only reason I've stayed is because of listeners. Management only cares about sales department and they're so busy putting lawn signs on their lawn all the time they don't care about anyone who actually works on air or in a newsroom. The men are paid more than the women for the same job and usually white men are the only ones that get promoted. Don't ever work here unless you want your soul to die and you don't want to be paid what you're actually worth.

Pros

I recommend newcomers to work at iHeart. Lots of opportunities and growth, of course, all depending on which team. - Excellent work-life balance - The team is very supportive and motivated - Lots of career opportunities - Can easily find a mentor or when running into conflicts there's always someone to help you.

Cons

Management is alright. No bonus or stock options. The salary is extremely low. I would say if you're going to get an offer, please negotiate this hard. As well as receiving a bonus.

Pros

You’ll gain a lot of experience and knowledge that you’ll be able to take to your next job.

Cons

You will be overworked and take on so many extra responsibilities with no pay and management is awful. Don’t expect a raise either.
