Pros

Excellent people and support to work with .. Normally steady to moderat work flow with buddy schedule derring peek times thought the season .. Nod usually is not stressful. Hands on experience working with clients to develop ad strategies .. Experience working with Ad Agenties around the country.

Cons

If your a creative designer like me you may walk into this job with a great amount of fresh energy though if your wild and wish to break away from terditional design you may face limitations in what you would like to do .. Most companies prefer a terditional design with may limit your happiness in the long run

Learn All You Can, Make Friends, Then Move On

Pros

-Promotion from within (interns can become part-timers, part-timers can become full-timers) -The skills you learn look great on a resume -You are given a lot of responsibility and any project ideas you have are always welcome -Everyone is extremely friendly and easy to deal with overall (which has personally been the biggest plus) -Experience of working for a large entertainment and media company -Leftover tickets to local events and concerts -Great benefits (if you are young with relatively few health issues)

Cons

-No raises, not even a small cost of living increase. Be prepared to be stuck with your starting salary for years. Pay cuts have been known to happen as well. It's an open secret to never ask for more money. This is why there are no performance reviews. -Expect to be on call and answer e-mails 24/7 - or hear about it from managers if you don't. Best of luck to you if you want a personal life. -Management in the building is approachable, but they have no real power...the power lies in the faceless corporate managers that you will never see or meet. If anyone promises you anything, don't believe them. -"Too many chiefs, too few indians" - often had to report to 4+ managers for things and this can get overwhelming, especially when they are not all on the same page -Everyone does the job of about 3-4 people, the workload can be brutally crushing -Part timers really get screwed
