Casual atmosphere and casual dress Newsroom co-workers are friendly and supportive Never have to take my work home with me

Employee morale is awful NO raises or cost of living increases Health insurance costs continue to rise Inequality among employees, many are treated much better than others Limited ability to grow or be promoted

Cons

outside of high profile talent, salaries are low, assignments are spread too thin. No real appreciation for those who excel in their positions.
