Pros

Media company has the largest shares of terrestrial radio stations in the country. If you have schmoozed the right people and not rocked the boat about the operational policies and lack of resources you have the opportunity to advance in market size.

Cons

Compensation is low and demands are high. If you want to work for free while the company execs get a bonus go for it. Ratings revenue and cash flow regardless of how much time you need to put in because resources have been downsized.

Pros

The media business can be a great place to be. Exciting, upbeat, fun environment that will give you the oppertunity to set roots and grow within an industry like no other.

Cons

Management is greedy and cut cost and people without any concern of their product. It is all about who you know to get ahead.
