Pros

The media business can be a great place to be. Exciting, upbeat, fun environment that will give you the oppertunity to set roots and grow within an industry like no other.

Cons

Management is greedy and cut cost and people without any concern of their product. It is all about who you know to get ahead.

Either way, there's opportunity with this company, if you're ready to present yourself, experience doesn't hurt, able to sale yourself, vocal, with a leadership mentality, able to be innovative, not afraid to go against the grain without emotion - you can excel here.

Cons

You can can get a shot and build your resume with this company, but you may have to travel across the country to get it. Your gonna have to work for it - know that! If your good, you can get them to pay you for it too!
