Pros

-We use to get access to some shows and events but now the upper management teams take their own families and friends instead of hardworking employees. -The creative work is fun at first but the CCO and other C-suite execs will ruin the quality of work with their terrible ideas

Cons

-Discriminates against people of color and women. I was paid severely less than my white/male counterpart, we had the same roles/title, we had the same background experience, and we had the same years at iHeart. I saw my employees of color paid much less than their white colleagues who lacked their experience. -Extremely low pay, can take years to get a small 5K raise pushed through management -No growth potential, you can work here for 5 years and still have an entry level title but be doing senior level work -The turnaround should be telling -The C-level staff is incredibly demanding and have no respect for normal business hours and work/life balance. Expects work at all hours of the night, weekends, holidays -Was told "they should be lucky to work here" when requesting raises and promotions for the team members I managed who were still in entry-level positions but their responsibilities were senior level -Lacking in diversity and almost all men in charge -Will hire new people and pay them more instead of promoting deserving talent because it's too hard to get promotions and raises approved. Then, those new hires are trained by those that didn't get a promotion and are paid less.
