      Pros

      It's done really well during the pandemic and looking at how health has been a growing trend, it can only grow bigger. They've gone full remote since the pandemic and decided to stay that way but still have an office you can go to for local employees. New HR teams has been really great in bringing transparency across the organization. For example, they introduced a process that trickled down company goals to the employees which is great motivation for team members. There are opportunities to make an impact. The only problem is that they aren't handed to you, you have to find them yourself. When you step up to pursue something, OG members will discourage you with "this is just how iHerb works, it won't change". If you manage to get passed that, there are ways you can make a difference, but it requires a lot out of you and there might not be a guaranteed return.

      Cons

      Legacy employees are holding the company back. It seems like the business wants to progress and grow but some of their leaders from their earlier days don't seem to know how to cultivate that in their teams. They are stuck with their old processes which were never great at scale and continue to hold the business back from exponential growth. They say the company runs really top down, but I can see that's not their intention. It's really because of those leaders that fail to trickle communication down to their teams in an effective way.

      I like The way our supervisors and managers treat us. Respectfull Some benefits are good The starting time is good at 5.00am Clean warehouse and air conditioning

      Cons

      Reducing benefits Reducing personal hrs and holidays And making employees work on holidays Short staff Overworked employees
