iHerb has exceeded my expectations. I was excited to join an e-commerce company and have been delighted by the quality of work, opportunity for growth and the general way in which the company cares for it's employees.

Cons

Because this company has grown so large and so fast, they are always in the process of making things better...for some this can be tough but for others, it's a pro.

Pros

The people and culture are awesome! Great perks like onsite fitness classes and lots of snacks. The work environment is really faced paced which keeps it innovative and challenging in a good way. Management and HR seem receptive and people are always willing to help you learn. They pay really well too. Highly recommend a career at Iherb.

Cons

Some days there are a lot of meetings but it is still an awesome place. This app makes me write 20 words but that's about it!
