Pros

Remote work. Paid time off is unlimited.

Cons

There are barely any African Americans at this company. Even worst there are ZERO at the senior level. I cringe every time I see their posts on LinkedIn for Black History Month where all the African American workers highlighted are from the warehouses. How many AA workers are in your corporate office, 2 or 3? How many are at the senior level, 0? Stop spreading the lie that you’re a diverse company with over 3,000 employees and no representation where it counts the most. Don’t act like you celebrate the culture when you don’t. Do better.

Pros

Salary was initially higher than the market.

Cons

Salary not updated to compete with the rest of the market therefore soon became lower than the market, no benefits offered at all (which in Poland are a norm with almost every company.
