Pros

It's exciting to work for a company that is rapidly growing and being part of it. iHerb cares about their employees by offering great benefits and perks, low cost benefit package, 3 weeks of PTO after one year, lunch events throughout the year, recognition, free fruit and coffee, and provides a nice work environment. The new distribution center is absolutely state of the art and they have put a lot of effort to make employees feel comfortable. A nice feeling to work with great leadership.

Cons

Company is growing fast and sometimes changes and decisions are not communicated clearly. It is not management's intention, but may be something that can be improved.
