Job is easy, good people and fun sometimes

Cons

HR pretend like they are listening to you and understand you; however, they basically share the info. with supervisors and managers and they won't make any changes for you. If you are managers or supervisors, this place can be heavenly for you. If not, you will be just one of ants or machines that they can replace anytime they want.

Smart people, central OC location in Irvine with free parking.

Cons

Authoritarian home-grown management, rigid in thinking, information not shared unless you are an Iranian then you may be in the inner circle, little chance of promotion, minimal training - place to hang out until contacted by a recruiter for a good job and company, if need you to work. Strict time and attendence polic even if you are a professional - bankers hours 8 - 5

Benefits were great. The owner is very friendly and cares for his employees and it shows with the type of benefits they offer and the amount of the cost covered by the employer,

Cons

Managers took micro-managing to an extreme. They never gave the benefit of the doubt, always assumed the worse. It ended up being a very stressful situation. Also a very young group in the accounting dept, a bit too young and immature.
