Pros

Excellent starting salary as a temp to hire and a raise after being hired on.

Cons

In my humble opinion, after working there 15 months, I found HR to be very deceptive in their hiring practices. Boone County KY where I worked is 85% Caucasian but the employees are 30% white 50% Latino. I was picking product nearly double the rate of most of my coworkers but let go for "Lack of Work" November 24th (Thanksgiving)but iHerb kept temp to hire Latinos, samalis who's performance charts were in the bottom half of the shift. Even after I requested an Reasonable Accomodation for my disability in writing and they refused to accommodate. Then fired me.
