Pros

Compensation is fairly competitive compared to other companies

Cons

Bossy and selfish people were prompted just because they are good at showing off. And the flat org has been turning into a hierarchical org which leads less and less people working on the valuable tasks, more and more inadequate managers & directors are showing off.

Pros

Multiple shifts and multiple different departments to work in. Three days off a week and LOTS of paid time off. Has a family type atmosphere.

Cons

The work days seem long sometimes but you do get three days off a week. Not knowing if your leaving at 4pm or 5pm depending on the work load.
